Slowpoke Ledger is a poker settlement tool for home games. It tracks buy-ins and buy-outs, handles discrepancies fairly, and generates a simple who-pays-who ledger.
Use Homegame when players settle directly with each other. Add players, enter buy-ins and buy-outs, optionally choose a group, then press Calculate Ledger.
Use Banker mode when one person handles the money. Set the banker name, enter each player’s buy-in and payout, then calculate to see who pays the banker and who the banker pays. Optional flat or percent banker fees are supported.
Groups let you label Homegame sessions (for example weekly game, trip, or office game). Group labels are available later in Stats so you can filter leaderboards and totals by group.
A discrepancy means total buy-ins and total buy-outs do not match. Auto-Balance applies a proportional adjustment so totals reconcile and a fair ledger can be generated.
Export your PokerNow CSV and upload it in PokerNow mode. Slowpoke Ledger reads each player’s buy-ins and net results, then builds the settlement ledger automatically.
Stats are built from saved ledgers and show total games, unique players, money settled, and leaderboard standings. You can filter by season and by group.
Use Copy Edit Link to share a ledger that can still be updated. Add view=1 to open the same ledger in read-only mode, which shows the results without allowing changes.
