What We Collect

We store the game data you enter: player names, buy-ins, buy-outs, mode metadata, timestamps, and optional location metadata used for stats and map features.

We also store anonymous session auth identifiers needed to read/write ledger records.

How We Use Data

Data is used to generate ledgers, power saved history, and aggregate global stats features. Admin tools can update or hide records from global stats.

Analytics and Error Monitoring

When enabled by project configuration, we use telemetry providers (Sentry, PostHog, and/or GA4) for product analytics and error tracking. This can include page usage events and technical error data.

Data Retention

Saved ledger records are retained until deleted or overwritten by authorized admin actions. Backups may retain data longer for disaster recovery.
